Files Sent To Us:

We accept a whole range of image formats. The file sent to us can be computer generated, hand drawn or a scanned image of the finished product. As long as the image is clear, we can convert it into digitized form for you. Do note that the better the image, the shorter time of turn out and the more accurate of design.

What is embroidery digitizing?

Before any design can be embroidered, it needs to be converted into a format that is accepted and readable by the embroidery machine used. The digitized file basically tells the embroidery machine where, how and which colour to use while stitching. We are here to provide you with that service.

Can you do special digitizing/punching

Yes, we can any digitizing such as 3D Puff, Appliqué, Patch, Sequin, Chenille, Zigzag and etc. The price may be different from normal design.

How do I get my artwork digitized?

You need write email to us with your artworks and indicate the size, colours, fabrics and machine brand if applicable for quotation. Base on our Price List, we will give you best price asap. Once you confirm, we will digitize your artworks in 24 hour if in urgent case.

How should I send my artwork?

We accepts almost any computer generated designs. The design can be scanned or drawn using professional software. As long as the design is relatively clear and the colors are specified in the order form, we will be able to convert the design into digitized formats.

What image formats do you accept?

We accept almost any kind of computer generated formats. You can send us the image in any of the following formats: BMP, JPG, GIF, TIF, PCX, CDR, AI, PSD, PDF, PCT, WMF

How do I send you my artwork?

You can simply email us with attached artworks to info@singaporedigitizing.com.

What's your turnaround time?

Normally we should be able to complete the digitizing within 24 - 48 hours, but if there is a special need to receive the product sooner, let us know in the order form and we will cater to your needs.

Which output can I choose for my digitized designs?

We can provide design with any machine format required by you. Whether you are using industry machine or home machine such as Tajima, Barudan, Happy, Brother, Wilcom, or Pfaff machines.
